الف. ضمن عقد نکاح/خارج لازم زوجه شرط نمود هرگاه طلاق بنا به درخواست زوجه نباشد

و طبق تشخیص دادگاه تقاضای طلاق ناشی از تخلف زن از وظایف همسری یا سوء اخلاق و رفتار وی نبوده

استنکاف شوهر از دادن نفقه زن به مدت ۶ ماه به هر عنوان و عدم امکان الزام او به تادیه نفقه
Where the husband refuses to pay the wife's cost of maintenance for any reason for (a period of) six consecutive months and it will be impossible to coerce him
و همچنین در موردی که شوهر سایر حقوق واجبه زن را به مدت ۶ ماه وفا نکند و اجبار او به ایفا هم ممکن نباشد.
